Although there are no guarantees of permanent employment at FMCSA after expiry of the contract, the graduates may apply for any vacancies as and when they occur.<\/p>\n<p>Every year students from various universities are invited to apply for Graduate Trainee programs. \u00a0The applicants are screened and the best students are selected to join the \u00a0program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Working knowledge of MS-Office: Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Attention to detail and commitment to quality<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Consistently demonstrate a passionate and enthusiastic approach, underpinned by a strong drive for results and willingness to see tasks through to a successful conclusion<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team and on own initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Port Elizabeth Engine Plant<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 National Diploma \/ BTECH \/ Degree: \u00a0Electrical (Heavy &amp; light), Mechanical, Chemical and Industrial Engineering. \u00a0BTech Logistics, Mechatronics and IT.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Silvertion Maufacturing Operations-<\/strong>\u00a0 National Diploma \/ BTECH \/ Degree: Electrical (Heavy &amp; light), Mechanical, Chemical and Industrial Engineering, Logistics &amp; Mechatronics<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Product Development Department<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 \u00a0National Diploma \/ BTECH \/ Degree: BEng Mechanical and Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Finance Department<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Bcom, Bcom Honours in Finance \/ Internal Control<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing Department<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 BCom , BCom Honours in Marketing Management<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ford Customer Service Department<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 BTECH Logistics and Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resources-<\/strong>\u00a0National Diploma \/ BTECH \/ Degree: Human Resources<\/li>\n<li><strong>Purchasing-<\/strong>\u00a0National Diploma \/ BTECH \/ Degree: Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ eligibility to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants are required to have successfully completed their qualification with a pass rate of 65% or higher, attach Comprehensive CV together with academic results<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Port Elizabeth, Pretoria The Graduate Trainee Program is run over a period of 12 to 24 months and covers extensive training and development opportunities.
