{"id":43119,"date":"2018-10-09T12:15:15","date_gmt":"2018-10-09T10:15:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=43119"},"modified":"2018-10-09T12:15:15","modified_gmt":"2018-10-09T10:15:15","slug":"columba-leadership-new-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/columba-leadership-new-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Columba Leadership New Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin and Logistics<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Port Elizabeth<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to provide administrative and logistical support to the Provincial Office.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reception and phone duties<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that office consumables are replenished<\/li>\n<li>Arrange courier services<\/li>\n<li>Order stationery as and when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock of all computer cartridges is available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assets<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that assets are kept in good working order<\/li>\n<li>Update asset register<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Travel Arrangements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange flight, car rental and accommodation bookings<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Uber reconciliations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and submit monthly reconciliation of credit cards to the Finance Department<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile travel advances and expense claims for submission to the Finance Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Value\u2019s Champion\u00a0Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm venue hire and catering<\/li>\n<li>Prepare register for Value\u2019s Champion Trainer<\/li>\n<li>Forward transport claims to the Finance Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Events<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile an RSVP list for events<\/li>\n<li>Confirm venue and catering as well as venue inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 general and financial administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s licence essential<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.\u00a0Competent in Microsoft Projects advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in written and verbal English<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills, have the ability to take initiative and be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and ability to work in a fluid environment<\/li>\n<li>Planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Administratively and financially strong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV applications, together with a letter of motivation, should be submitted to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@columba.org.za\"><strong>careers@columba.org.za<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Regret only suitable candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Should you not be contacted within three weeks of the closing date, consider the position filled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 15th October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.
