HIVSA empowers individuals, community workers and organisations by developing their capacity and resilience to effectively address socio-economic and health issues in the context of high HIV and AIDS burden with the ultimate vision of creating an HIV free generation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office and Logistics Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p>The Office and Logistics Manager is responsible for the coordination, supervision and management of operational support activities and staff in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Fleet Management<\/p>\n<p>Manages the acquisition, operation, maintenance and logistics of HIVSA vehicles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure efficient vehicle utilisation and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure that they are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate license renewals<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and arrange for vehicle services and repairs on regular basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Logistics management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a logistics plan for postal services, banking, delivery and collections services in line with business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Manage courier, banking and postal services for all HIVSA\u2019s needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage provision of refreshments in boardrooms for meetings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a boardroom booking calendar to improve operational efficiencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Receptionist management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to HIVSA\u2019s corporate image through efficient reception and switchboard services<\/li>\n<li>Manage a customer centric switchboard operation to ensure that phone calls are received and directed in the appropriate manner<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Reception area to ensure that visitors are well received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant qualification in the areas of office, facilities or fleet management and\/or business administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in Office Management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be proactive has problem-solving, organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Suitable skills in supervising and managing staff<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate and organise activities that relate to general office management<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex and\/or varied workload<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a motivation letter and CV (not more than five pages), and three contactable referees to: The HR Manager, HIVSA, P O Box 3869, Southgate, 2082, e-mail:\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@hivsa.com\">hr@hivsa.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>or fax:\u00a0086 244 5444.<\/p>\n<p>Only short listed candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HIVSA is a not for profit company which was established in 2002 with a full time staff compliment\u00a0of over 100 members and is a strategic partner of the Gauteng Provincial&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[66],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
