Provide support to gold\u2019s QA Function, with a focus on data entry, analysis, integrity, and\u00a0reporting, as well as any other tasks agreed with the gold Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with\u00a0gold\u00a0Grads database and information compilation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate outcomes research<\/li>\n<li>Data entry and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Assist with continuous data integrity checks, including communicating with field teams for data updates and clarity<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the analysis and compilation of Monitoring and Evaluation reports<\/li>\n<li>Update quarterly figures for the gold Dashboard, saving relevant databases and spreadsheets on to the gold server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Numeric skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Statistical package)<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage priorities and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-motivate and multi-task when required to do so<\/li>\n<li>A strong eye for detail combined with an understanding of broad organisational vision<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Ablility to adapt to changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>A cross cultural understanding<\/li>\n<li>Ablility to articulate and display personal values and vision<\/li>\n<li>Social skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to apply attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Openness to learning<\/li>\n<li>Work towards a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development studies or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of one year\u2019s experience or training in a relevant field of operation<\/li>\n<li>Experience of community development engagement or voluntary work<\/li>\n<li>Data entry and analysis experience would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV to our progressive and pioneering team in Cape Town via email\u00a0to <a href=\"mailto:nicky@goldyouth.org\"><strong>nicky@goldyouth.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>19th October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>gold-youth\u00a0is a dynamic Southern African organisation that is empowering youth peer leaders to become positive role models and agents of social and economic change.
