The organisation exists to reduce inequality in South Africa, and its track record of matric results, access to post-school opportunities, and alumni success is proof that positive change is possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Operations Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cape Town<\/li>\n<li>Pretoria<\/li>\n<li>Johannesburg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Report to:<\/strong> The Executive Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> R 583 733 52 to R 650 000, negotiable based on years of experience<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) shall oversee, direct, and organise the work of all organisational operations, ensuring smooth operational coherence and a high standard of functioning within Programme Delivery, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Administration, and day-to-day operations.
