{"id":43341,"date":"2018-10-26T12:00:19","date_gmt":"2018-10-26T10:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=43341"},"modified":"2018-10-26T12:00:19","modified_gmt":"2018-10-26T10:00:19","slug":"small-projects-foundation-new-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/small-projects-foundation-new-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Small Projects Foundation New Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Data Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0East London<\/p>\n<p>This is a short fixed term position, which might be extended, depending on available funding.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree (or equivalent) in Public Health, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Social sciences or related research-based qualification is essential<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years working experience in a NGO environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and pro-actively, and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage analyse routine data and provide programme feedback<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce and Tableau<\/li>\n<li>Programme \/ Project management experience<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy including\u00a0(Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce and Tableau)<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Verbal, written and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manipulate a lot of different data, from various resources, and convert to meaningful information useful for decision making<\/li>\n<li>Strategic vison<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think laterally, creatively and tactfully<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment<\/li>\n<li>A strong attention to detail, accountability and execution<\/li>\n<li>A team player with interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Control and efficiency with prioritisation of tasks<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use initiative and be proactive<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and reliability with a high level of attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV with three contactable references, certified copies of qualifications and certified copies of ID and driver\u2019s licence\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@spf.org.za\"><strong>hr@spf.org.za<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If in the event that you do not hear from the organisation within two weeks of closing date, assume your application has been unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>The Small Projects Foundation withhold the right not to fill this position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.
