The platform aims to create a mechanism to overcome the structural barriers of information, learning and linkages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: E-Learning Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Negotiable based on skills and experience<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> This is a 12 months\u2019 contract<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to devise the organisations e-learning training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable e-learning initiatives that will ensure our users get the most value in the search for work and training opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess future and current training needs<\/li>\n<li>Draw an overall e-learning and development plan that addresses need and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate module effectiveness and report on them<\/li>\n<li>Manage development budget<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any specific problems and as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a keen understanding of e-learning trends, developments and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a learning manager<\/li>\n<li>Track record in designing and executing successful learning programs<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with traditional and modern learning methods<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports<\/li>\n<li>Computer and database skills<\/li>\n<li>Degree in education, human resources or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, persistent, driven, enthusiastic and committed to developing cutting edge quality work<\/li>\n<li>Organised and have an eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Have backgrounds in business, human resources, development and education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@jobstarter.co.za\">info@jobstarter.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0include E-Learning Manager\u201d in the subject line<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>2nd November, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JobStarter is a Not-for-Profit Company aimed at improving young people\u2019s ability to secure employment.
