Mfesane works extensively both in the Western and Eastern Cape provinces providing Community Healthcare services: Care and Support of children, Youth and Families as well as Training, development and possible job placements of ex trainees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Admin<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Elizabeth<\/p>\n<p>This is a temp maternity relieve position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and do monthly recons<\/li>\n<li>Accounting for cash disbursements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Verify monthly statistics with supporting documents at site level<\/li>\n<li>Deal with petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Daily handle register and payroll documents<\/li>\n<li>HR Administration filing of all employee\u2019s contracts<\/li>\n<li>Receive and verify invoices and requisitions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents<\/li>\n<li>Manage the weekly cheque and Record all cheques<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a filing system for all financial documents<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify travel claims<\/li>\n<li>Procumbent<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and networking events in the absence of the Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>Prepare follow up on coordinators and project teams to submit statistics on time<\/li>\n<li>Verify statistics with reports in files before submission<\/li>\n<li>Assist PM with planning and implementation for the DOH, DSD, URC, other quarterly reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist in collating the information from the 12 projects 12 coordinators for monthly report<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support and create filing for all Government agreements<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the maintenance of the satellite offices and Isibindi sites and conduct regular visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer literacy, ( Pastel, Excel, Word and Internet)<\/li>\n<li>Must have Grade 12 Certificate \/ Finance Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Organised, Reliable and naturally proactive<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge about petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:milly@mfesane.org.za\">milly@mfesane.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mfesane is a Christian Development Agency registered as a nonprofit company (NPC).
