POSITIONS AVAILABLE<\/strong><\/p>\n The\u00a0Community Services & Linkage Manager<\/strong>\u00a0will be the lead technical expert for integration of community and clinical service delivery with a focus on improving results towards \u201c90-90-90\u201d. This includes coordination, strengthening linkages and mainstreaming health services in programme interventions.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/csl-mngr.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0CSS Project Manager<\/strong>\u00a0will be expected to take lead in developing and implementing initiatives that promote the 90,90,90 strategy by assuming a central role in ensuring that all their sites identify and support at least 20% of HIV positive children and OVC&Y of their overall targets. Overall responsibility for operational, coordination, management and supervisory of teams at implementing sites will rest with the Project Manager.\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/css-proj-mgr.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0Grants Officer<\/strong>\u00a0takes full accountability for overseeing and ensuring compliance with legal and donor requirements across HIVSA programmes. This includes ensuring that all contracts, grants, co-operative and other funded agreements adhere to all donor regulations.\u00a0 The Grants officer will design, implement, manage and monitor contracts and sub-agreement workflow processes and procedures and will serve as the main point of contact between HIVSA and donor contract\/ grant officials, reviewing.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/grant-officer.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0CSS Nurse<\/strong>\u00a0will be responsible for case finding, recruitment and enrolment of expected HIV Positivity quotas for the programme.\u00a0 This involves actively strategizing ideas to ensure that at least 20% of HIV positive OVC&Y are enrolled into programmes; ensuring integration of community and clinical service delivery with a focus on improving results towards \u201c90-90-90\u201d. S\/he will strengthen implementation of comprehensive, HIV-inclusive case management with a focus on improving paediatric HIV case identification; strengthening HIV prevention focus, linkage to HTS, care, and treatment; retention among both children and their caregivers; and violence prevention and response.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/css-nurse.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0CSS<\/strong>\u00a0Social Worker<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all interventions which includes championing strategies that ensure that at least 20% of HIV positive children and OVC&Y are enrolled into programmes at implementing sites. This includes programming and organisational (institutional) capacity building of CBOs through trainings, mentorship, quality improvement and monitoring of data for integrity. This position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of OVC&Y programming issues, as well as a high degree of initiative, independent judgment and communication.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/css-social-worker.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0Grants Assistant Officer<\/strong>\u00a0will assist the finance department to complete ad hoc administrative tasks related to Grants and Contracts management. The role also requires that he\/she maintains & ensures that grants and CBO files are kept on files in a lockable cabinet and ensure that old files are stored off-site.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/grant-officer.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0Choma Innovation Caf\u00e9s Project Coordinator (CICPC)<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible for setting up the Choma Innovation Caf\u00e9s at various new sites that have been identified for OVC&Y programme implementation. Key to this position will be the establishment of linkages between the Choma Innovation Caf\u00e9s and all CSS programme activities at the Community Based Organisations (CBOs) to ensure effective layering of services. The CICPC will supporting programme strategies aimed at identifying and supporting HIV positive OVC&Y (at least 20% of overall target) and linking them into care and treatment and other health and social services that include Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Post Violence care.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/choma-coord.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0Monitoring & Evaluation \u00a0Officer<\/strong>\u00a0is an integral member of HIVSA\u2019s M&E team who, under the supervision and guidance of the M&E Project Manager , supports the implementation of the programme M&E Plan and development of an efficient M&E System.\u00a0http:\/\/www.hivsa.com\/sites\/default\/files\/me-officer.doc<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0M&E Data Officer\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0role is mainly to ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of data required for analytical and reporting purposes.
