The position entails supervision of the tenants and ensuring the values of the organization are met.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and guide students<\/li>\n<li>Research and initiate appropriate activities such as life skills and fitness<\/li>\n<li>Conduct vocational, literacy, therapy, health and wellbeing workshops<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver good practice on life skills and participation both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Conduct counselling with students on a regular basis as need arises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not married<\/li>\n<li>Must be between the ages of 50 to 60 years<\/li>\n<li>Christian Values<\/li>\n<li>Healthy and fit<\/li>\n<li>Non-smoker with sober Habits<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n<li>Patient and compassionate<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV, motivational letter and contact details of three current references to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:facilities@ymcaathlone.org\">facilities@ymcaathlone.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd November, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The YMCA Athlone renders accessible and stimulating programs seeking opportunities to develop and empower all people by providing a safe and caring environment to bring about positive change.
