This role will be responsible for the full coordination and administration of the HR department. You will work closely with the HRM to assist in all aspects of general HR including recruitment, employee relations, employee assessments, employee wellness, retention, payroll as well as occupational health and safety and employment equity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Somerset West<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> Human Resources Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R84\u00a0000 \u2013 R102\u00a0000 per annum<br \/>\n<strong>Working hours:<\/strong> 8h00 to 14h00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00adProvide comprehensive HR administrative support as well as deal with all HR related queries pertaining to interviews, meetings, payroll, system queries, and leave.<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment: Setting up of interviews, background and reference checks, feedback to candidates ect.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and assist with development and implementation of HR projects, other adhoc administration relating to the department<\/li>\n<li>Payroll: Prepare staff documents of new employees and terminations, leave capturing, monthly processing of payroll and all related reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with all payroll system queries, UIF, Maternity paperwork, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all letters, contracts and other on-boarding documentation in an accurate and timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the administration of compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, safety, employee engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Google Apps including online calendars and cloud-based organizational systems.<\/li>\n<li>Matric with \u00a0HR Degree or Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to be proactive and take initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please direct all applications (CV, qualifications and contactable references) or queries to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@hope.org.za\">hr@hope.org.za<\/a><\/strong>.
