Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Implement (coordinate) Mazars’ graduate recruitment campaign, and represent Mazars at all marketing and recruitment opportunities on university campuses
\n\u2022Liaise with Career Development Offices at various Universities
\n\u2022Build good rapport amongst graduates and professional applicants through constant communication and through assuring that the application process is swift and efficient
\n\u2022Recruiting in adherence to Employment Equity Plan and labour legislation
\n\u2022Screen, interview, conduct reference checks and recommend suitable candidates
\n\u2022Arrange and analyse psychometric assessments
\n\u2022Ensure all requisite documentation is present before a job offer is made
\n\u2022Compile job offers
\n\u2022Compile and Co-ordinate bi-annual Vacation Work and Job Shadow Programmes
\n\u2022Compile and Co-ordinate annual Trainee Accountant Induction Programme as well as regular induction programmes for professional staff members
\n\u2022Liaise with all current and potential bursary candidates
\n\u2022Perform all HR and SAICA Administration relating to Trainee Accountants
\n\u2022Scan external labour market for developments and trends and identify best practice recruitment processes.
\n\u2022Assist with workforce planning at all levels
\n\u2022Determine preferred vendors and evaluating delivery
\n\u2022Evaluate recruitment decisions & determining cost of poor recruitment decisions<\/p>\n
