Matric with:<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least (3) years office administration experience
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Computer literate (MS Office)
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Verbal & Written Communication
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organization skills

Data Capturing 60% of KPI<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Adherence to total quality management
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Capturing speed 60 words per minute
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Move information into the next step and attached relevant documents.<\/p>\n

Finance 15% of KPI<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare invoices for all units as per the Programme Manager meeting schedules.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Report on payments received and follow up on outstanding payments.
