Included here will be the managing\/driving of budgets, measuring success, and ensuring the department\u2019s timely delivery of all that is requested.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing all marketing for the company and oversee all activities within the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Developing the marketing strategy for Cornerstone in line with company objectives<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the company\u2019s marketing budget<\/li>\n<li>Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing promotional campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity<\/li>\n<li>Preparing online and print marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on\u00a0the effectiveness\u00a0of marketing communications<\/li>\n<li>Creating a wide range of different marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives<\/li>\n<li>Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing<\/li>\n<li>Managing all internal and external events<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable specific tasks\/ functions assigned\/ delegated by the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification in Marketing and Communications is essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in public relations, media engagement, advertising and design, events and social media marketing, advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Confident and Dynamic<\/li>\n<li>Strong Creative Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Some event management experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Pays attention to detail is ideal, as well possess strong English language skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, organised, individually accountable and able to balance priorities<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about creating social change and education<\/li>\n<li>Out of the Box thinker<\/li>\n<li>Team player able to engage the entire Cornerstone Institute community e.g. colleagues, students, alumni, board members and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Cape Town<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic HR Management,<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management,<\/li>\n<li>HR Risk Management,<\/li>\n<li>Workforce Planning,<\/li>\n<li>Learning &amp; Development,<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management,<\/li>\n<li>Reward &amp; Recognition,<\/li>\n<li>Employee Wellness,<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations,<\/li>\n<li>Organisational Development,<\/li>\n<li>HR Service Delivery,<\/li>\n<li>HR Technology and HR Measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant qualification e.g. Degree in Human Resources is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) (Essential).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an educational institute (Essential).<\/li>\n<li>Registered Psychometrist (Advantageous).<\/li>\n<li>5 years&#8217; experience in HR Generalist role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Ppt and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in MS Office and Pastel<\/li>\n<li>A strong team player.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>A good communicator.<\/li>\n<li>In possession of a driver&#8217;s license and own transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply please email your CV along with a covering letter to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:andreweneb@cornerstone.ac.za\"><strong>andreweneb@cornerstone.ac.za<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0by <strong>14<sup>th<\/sup>December 2018.<\/strong> \u00a0In your covering letter please outline your suitability for the post, notice period and salary requirements.<\/p>\n<p>We hope to get back to all applications, however If you have not heard from us within six weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cornerstone Institute is an independent, not-for-profit higher education institution\u00a0engaged in teaching and learning in service of others, to advance human dignity and social justice for all.
