\nThe Co-Ordinator contributes to the organisational goals by providing efficient, quality driven administrative support and coordination of learning activities that supports the Delivery Teams in carrying out their day to day functions.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Co-ordinate and plan internal and external training interventions end-to-end to ensure the provision of high quality learner experiences and training interventions.
\n\u2022Prepare and schedule all resources, e.g. learner manuals, rooms, equipment etc. and ensure they are fit for training purposes.
\n\u2022Responsible for all pre- and post- course arrangements e.g. parking arrangements, graduation events etc.
\n\u2022Ensure all resources are fully functional and all incidents and issue are resolved at all times, working pro-actively and using innovation.
\n\u2022Update and maintain all administration data in order to provide accurate and reliable management information timeously e.g. identifying and addressing recurring IT problems.
\n\u2022Liaise with the relevant role-players e.g. HR, Office Management, TTS to ensure that all required learner information is available in advance of training provision.
\n\u2022Support all stakeholders through the provision of a high quality helpdesk, recording and resolving all enquiries and matters raised.
\n\u2022Responsible for the overall provision of accurate, reliable, valid and timeous data at all times using innovative thinking.
\n\u2022Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
\n\u2022Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
\nDesirable:
\n\u2022A relevant qualification e.g. administrative \/ secretarial \/ project co-ordinator
\nEssential:
\n\u2022At least one years\u2019 previous experience in an administrative \/ coordination role (PA, Administrator, Secretary etc.)
\n\u2022Proven organisational and administrative support skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Background or experience in a L & D environment<\/p>\n
