\nThe position will be based in Nairobi (Kenya) and the company will take care of the flights, visas, work permits, and first-month accommodation.<<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Assist our client\u2019s community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
\n\u2022Become and remain knowledgeable about the client\u2019s products and community standards
\n\u2022Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
\n\u2022Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on client platforms such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
\n\u2022Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
\n\u2022Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
\n\u2022Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
\n\u2022Enforce client\u2019s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
\n\u2022Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
\n\u2022Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
\n\u2022Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Between 18-28 years
\n\u2022Must speak English and Afrikaans
\n\u2022Must come from a low-income community
\n\u2022High school education mandatory. College education an advantage
\n\u2022Must be currently unemployed or working as a casual
\n\u2022Must possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy
\n\u2022High affinity and cultural awareness of political\/social situation regarding the relevant market\/region<\/p>\n
