We do\u00a0this through community engagement, needs analysis, strategic interventions and coordinated efforts with key stakeholders, with Monitoring and Evaluation forming a vital aspect of these operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Programme\u00a0Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Western Cape<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Programme Coordinator is to oversee and manage aspects of intervention programme development and delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the development, expansion, integration and implementation of Valcare\u2019s\u00a0community development intervention strategy in the Drakenstein Valley<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with various sectors and industries including NGOs, community leaders, municipalities, relevant district and provincial departments, and other collaboration and funding partners operational in the Drakenstein Valley<\/li>\n<li>Daily intervention programme management and control throughout the programme life cycle<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of intervention programmes including base line surveys and intervention needs analysis, engagement and network building processes<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain systems, structures and procedures to ensure efficient and effective achievement of interventions programme deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in monthly monitoring of each project partner or intervention project, measuring the progress and impact generated by the Partners and reviewing of KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Promote the overall implementation of the development vision of Valcare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (postgraduate degree preferable) in a relevant field including but not limited to sustainability and community development and investment<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years\u2019 experience in a relevant field including but not limited to sustainability and community development and investment<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years\u2019 experience in a programme and project management role<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English skills are required.
