{"id":44278,"date":"2019-01-15T11:00:25","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T09:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=44278"},"modified":"2019-01-14T13:37:31","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T11:37:31","slug":"small-projects-foundation-limited-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/small-projects-foundation-limited-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Small Projects Foundation Limited Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Data Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>East London<\/p>\n<p>Small Projects Foundation seeks to appoint a Data Analyst on a short fixed term basis, which might be extended, depending on available funding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree (or equivalent) in Public Health, Health Economics, Epidemiology; Biostatistics, Social sciences OR related research-based qualification is essential,<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of at least 3 years working experience in a NGO environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and pro-actively, and as part of a team; and<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage analyse routine data and provide programme feedback;<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and experience working with Salesforce and Tableau<\/li>\n<li>Programme \/ Project management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of computer literacy including\u00a0 Access, Word, Excel, Power Point; Salesforce, Tableau<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills and attention to details;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manipulate a lot of different data, from various resources, and convert to meaningful information useful for decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Vison<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think laterally, creatively and tactfully<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal &amp; relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning &amp; organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurized environment<\/li>\n<li>A strong attention to detail, accountability and execution<\/li>\n<li>A team player with good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Control and efficiency with prioritization of tasks<\/li>\n<li>Able to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to use initiative and be proactive<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and reliability with a high level of attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email CV &amp; application documents to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@spf.org.za\">hr@spf.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covering Letter<\/li>\n<li>Detailed CV with 3 contactable references<\/li>\n<li>Certified copies of qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Certified copies of ID, driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If in the event that you do not hear from the organisation within 2 weeks of closing date, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>The Small Projects Foundation withhold the right not to fill this position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>22nd January, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.
