Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the literacy and numeracy project at the Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Foundation Phase (Grades R-3) levels in the eThekwini north district of the province around Tongaat\/Hambanathi. In addition, he\/she will be responsible for overall project planning and implementation, managing programme quality, financial and narrative reporting and liaison with relevant stakeholders and community mobilisation.<\/p>\n

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships and service providers at different provincial levels. He\/she will work under the supervision of the Provincial Manager and in close collaboration with the Education Programme Manager and the MEAL Manager. A fair amount of travel comes with the position, predominantly in KZN. He\/she will report to the Provincial Manager.<\/p>\n
