{"id":44358,"date":"2019-01-21T12:02:09","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T10:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=44358"},"modified":"2019-01-21T12:02:09","modified_gmt":"2019-01-21T10:02:09","slug":"clowns-without-borders-south-africa-cwbsa-latest-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/clowns-without-borders-south-africa-cwbsa-latest-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Clowns Without Borders South Africa (CWBSA) Latest Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Clowns Without Borders South Africa (CWBSA) is an international organisation dedicated to improving the psychosocial condition of children, families, and communities in areas of crisis through laughter and play.<\/p>\n<p>CWBSA also seeks to raise our society\u2019s awareness of conditions in these areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Trainers [X 2]<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Salary is commensurate with experience<br \/>\n<strong>Start date:<\/strong> February &#8211; March 2019 (project based position)<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Master Trainer<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Trainers is to train professional facilitators, caregivers and adolescents in the Parenting for Lifelong Health programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete successful training in the Parenting for Lifelong Health programmes<\/li>\n<li>Deliver trainings for professional facilitators nationally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Deliver trainings for caregivers and adolescents nationally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Manage coaching sessions with trained facilitators<\/li>\n<li>Manage all reporting and relevant M&amp;E linked to trainings<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date on new trends, methodologies in child protection, HIV, parenting and other relevant issues<\/li>\n<li>Review training manuals and materials<\/li>\n<li>Represent the programmes and the organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five to 10 years\u2019 experience in leading training and facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Social work, Social development, Child protection, Psychology or similar<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in training of professional social workers, counsellors and\/or non-profit professionals<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to the non-profit sector<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of parenting programmes<\/li>\n<li>Communication, presentation, and written skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable: Good communication skills in second language.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both as part of a team and independently using one\u2019s own initiative<\/li>\n<li>Organisational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural skills and experience working with diverse cultures both within SA and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a\u00a0CV and Motivational Letter to to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@cwbsa.org\">recruitment@cwbsa.org<\/a><\/strong>.
