The Character Company goal is to help to change South Africa&#8217;s current culture of violence and abuse through an initiative for boys helping them to grow into good men by instilling honourable values.<\/p>\n<p>The Character Company seeks to appoint an, to be based in .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Manager\/Personal Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location<\/strong>\u00a0Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0R 8000<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Manage CEO\u2019s Diary<\/li>\n<li>Manage CEO\u2019s emails<\/li>\n<li>Proof reading of documents, blogs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all filing<\/li>\n<li>Update MENtors database<\/li>\n<li>Update Mom\u2019s database<\/li>\n<li>Send out invites for camps, gather RSVP\u2019s and set up camp register<\/li>\n<li>Send out invites for events, gather RSVP\u2019s and set up event register<\/li>\n<li>Assist with admin related to MENtors screening and capturing<\/li>\n<li>Assist with admin related to new mom\u2019s intake<\/li>\n<li>Be first point of contact for all enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and organise formal TCC meetings<\/li>\n<li>Distribute minutes of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Collate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports<\/li>\n<li>Collate photos of events and camps and create Facebook albums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mature<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Be professional in person and over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Can work with people<\/li>\n<li>Can work on own<\/li>\n<li>Take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Must be well spoken<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Must have some office management and\/or pa experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have a drivers\u2019 license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a CV, motivation letter and the contact details of two referees to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:loraine.ch@racter.co.za\">loraine.ch@racter.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be notified<\/p>\n<p>Standard employment contract will apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Character Company is a Christian based NGO in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp.
