NICRO is the main provider of diversion services for children in South Africa, providing diversion services since 1992.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Work Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Supervisor supervises Social Work professionals in the provision of direct social work services to clients.\u00a0 In accordance with the mission of the organization the Supervisor, under the direction of the Area Manager, plans, organizes, staff and directs services to clients on a daily operational basis and ensure service quality through the supervision process.<\/p>\n<p>The Social Work Supervisor ensures high quality of services and protection of clients\u2019 rights by guiding the social work staff in the development of their professional capacity to function autonomously and perform their jobs to the highest professional standards (for social work) and organizational.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA in Social Work, Current registration with SACSSP<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 yrs.
