Be responsible for business development and networking. Develop and manage client relationships. Ensure effective utilisation and management of staff. Coaching and developing staff. Facilitation of internal training. Drafting reports. Drafting Proposals. Budget planning and management. Managing WIP and debtors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualification Level: B Accounting Hns<br \/>\nExperience Required: 1 &#8211; 2 years<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies \/ Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nStrong ability to network and market firm\u2019s services.
