{"id":44574,"date":"2019-02-05T10:00:28","date_gmt":"2019-02-05T08:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=44574"},"modified":"2019-02-04T14:21:16","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T12:21:16","slug":"childline-south-africa-new-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/childline-south-africa-new-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Childline South Africa New Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Childline South Africa is a nonprofit organisation that works collectively to protect children from all forms of violence and to create a culture of children&#8217;s rights in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Administrator\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Durban<br \/>\n<strong>Start date:<\/strong> Immediately<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Programme Administration Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programme logistical arrangements, flights, accommodation, shuttle and car hire<\/li>\n<li>Prepare purchase orders and ensure that payments are made in time flights, accommodation, shuttle, Venue, catering office equipment, stationary and car hire<\/li>\n<li>Plan dates for the programmes to take place<\/li>\n<li>Purchase and pack therapeutic packs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PA Duties for NEO:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage NEO\u2019s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Manage NEO\u2019s travel arrangements (including visas \/ accommodation \/ flights \/ car hire \/ shuttle)<\/li>\n<li>Process NEO\u2019s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the NEO\u2019s, or other staff as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Maintain NEO\u2019s office systems, including data management and filing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of NEO\u2019s contacts<\/li>\n<li>Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the NEO\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Organise meetings and ensure that NEO\u2019s is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the NEO\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or qualification in office administration or Personal Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 administration<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in PA for Executive Managers<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a\u00a0CV with traceable and contactable references and certified copies of qualifications to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:officemanager@childlinesa.org.za\">officemanager@childlinesa.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Non-South African applicants must be in possession of a valid work permit.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not heard from the organisation within 30 days, consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>8th Feb, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Childline South Africa is a nonprofit organisation that works collectively to protect children from all forms of violence and to create a culture of children&#8217;s rights in South Africa.
