TLF is an umbrella organisation that comprises seven programmes and five institutions, all working towards healthy urban communities that are socially inclusive and viable, and towards a policy environment that would enable social attachment and human rights protection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Inkululeko Community Center, Pretoria<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R5000 per month<br \/>\n<strong>Start date:<\/strong> As soon as possible<\/p>\n<p>This is a fixed-term position<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for school fees revenue<\/li>\n<li>Keep individual statements up to date<\/li>\n<li>Send statements to defaulters<\/li>\n<li>Inform office administrator and Coordinator of state of school fees income<\/li>\n<li>Deposit income received by office at Finance Manager<\/li>\n<li>Maintain receipt and deposit records<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for all Day Care Centre expenditure<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Receive grocery invoices and receipts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of all expenditure \u2013 compare with budget<\/li>\n<li>Check own records with financial statements of Finance Manager<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of personal telephone calls and ensure personal bills are paid<\/li>\n<li>Discuss all finances with office administrator and coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Filing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be stand in for teacher \/ cook \/ cleaner when and if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Stock taking and buying of groceries<\/li>\n<li>Taking out food for kitchen staff and keeping records<\/li>\n<li>Draft the menu<\/li>\n<li>Ensure community members that are using parking space they pay on time<\/li>\n<li>Manage community members that hire the facility and making sure I open and close the place (mostly on Saturdays and public holidays)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12, any related qualification, experience with facilitation skills will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to express yourself fluently in English and knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Public speaking and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your application with a motivational letter and the job title as a reference to\u00a0HR Office:\u00a0<strong>hroffice@tlf.org.za<\/strong>\u00a0or hand deliver at Tshwane Leadership Office 288 Burgers Park Lane.
