The plan clearly sets out the continuum of a scholar and student life at SBF, right from recruitment through to becoming an SBF Alumni.<\/p>\n<p>Family is the overarching value at Students for A Better Future. For us family members guide one another and learn the other values together in the spirit of love and care. Family is not limited to the traditional nuclear family. Family includes people close to you who show care for your emotional, personal, social and intellectual wellbeing. Family provides a sense of belonging. It means showing up for one another, communicating with one another clearly and providing love, care and support to grow positively.<\/p>\n<p>The new strategy has enabled us to\u00a0<strong>grow and expand our exciting team and fill 10 new positions in our Cape Town Office,<\/strong>\u00a0working to ensure individuals with academic ability and financial need have access to quality education, holistic support and opportunities for growth, through collaborative and strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Roles we are interviewing for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Head of Programmes:<\/strong>\u00a0 Lead and Manager SBF programme implementation, executing SBF strategy to deliver on organisational goal and vision<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manager Programme Development, M&amp;E<\/strong>: Develop, review and monitor programmes and policies, knowledge management framework and provide a monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager Post-secondary Programmes<\/strong>: Manage and oversee the overall post-secondary programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager Psychosocial Support<\/strong>: Manage and develop the psychosocial services required to support SBF programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager Operations:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage and organise all the core operational functions that support SBF and SBF Programmes, ensuring smooth operational coherence and a high standard of functioning within Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Administration and day-to-day operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coordinator Recruitment &amp; Preparatory Programme<\/strong>: Coordinate the identification of high performing scholars who fit the SBF family and ensure their preparation for entry into the High School Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coordinator High School Programmes:<\/strong>\u00a0Coordinate high school programme, inclusive of providing academic and psychosocial support to scholars and families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Counsellor<\/strong>: Deliver psychosocial services required to support SBF programmes, inclusive of individual counselling and referral to external service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal Assistant:<\/strong>\u00a0The Personal Assistant is responsible for delivering support to the CEO in relation to administration, front desk reception and related office management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Programme Administrator:<\/strong>\u00a0The Programme Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send your CV, motivational letter and title of the role you are interested in to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@homecomingrevolution.com\">info@homecomingrevolution.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to apply for the above positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th Feb, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students for a Better Future\u2019s core mission is to provide students displaying academic potential, who are financially needy and demonstrate resilience and tenacity, with the opportunity to study at some&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[940],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
