Chief of Party<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\/he will have overall responsibility for administration, program management, performance monitoring and technical implementation and oversight of all aspects of the activity.\u00a0 S\/he will serve as the principal institutional liaison to USAID\/SA and should be expected to have regular and transparent communication with the USAID\/SA Agreement Officer\u2019s Representative (AOR).<\/p>\n

Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall responsibility for a large scale community mobilization program on HIV\/AIDS focused on improving the health and wellbeing of OVC, adolescents and youth who are living with, affected by and vulnerable to HIV. The Chief of Party will provide operational, financial, and management leadership to the program, as well as ensuring the program complies with all donor requirements and regulations, including submission of deliverables as required. S\/he will be responsible for ensuring the program achieves its targets within the allocated budget and timeframe.<\/p>\n
