JOB PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the literacy and numeracy project at the Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Foundation Phase (Grades R) levels in the eThekwini north district of the province around Tongaat\/Hambanathi. In addition, he\/she will be responsible for overall project planning and implementation, managing programme quality, financial and narrative reporting and liaison with relevant stakeholders and community mobilisation.<\/p>\n

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships and service providers at different provincial levels. He\/she will work under the supervision of the Provincial Manager and in close collaboration with the Education Programme Manager and the MEAL Manager. A fair amount of travel comes with the position, predominantly in KZN. He\/she will report to the KZN Provincial Manager.<\/p>\n
