{"id":45345,"date":"2019-03-19T17:59:03","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T15:59:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=45345"},"modified":"2019-03-19T17:59:03","modified_gmt":"2019-03-19T15:59:03","slug":"mes-cape-town-available-job-opening-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/mes-cape-town-available-job-opening-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"MES Cape Town Available Job Opening &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MES Cape Town is looking for a dynamic, qualified individual that can establish MES Cape Town\u2019s skills training capacity and manage &amp; develop the employment rehabilitation programme (GROW).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programme Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong> Cape Town<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building new relationships with key stakeholders in the community to the benefit of the homeless and unemployed participants in our Job Rehabilitation and Training programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Developing the operations, content and quality of the GROW programme.<\/li>\n<li>Developing the courses and curriculum of appropriate skills training courses to be offered to unemployed youth and adults.<\/li>\n<li>The individual must be passionate about working with the homeless and vulnerable people in the community, and must be able to work with a team that wants to bring about positive change regardless of all the challenges faced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occupational Therapy qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years OT experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the non-profit sector preferable<\/li>\n<li>Management experience preferable<\/li>\n<li>Certification preferable as a trainer, invigilator or moderator<\/li>\n<li>Code 08 \/ Code B license<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative, reporting and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (Word \/ Excel \/ Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with various role players in the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary package\u00a0<strong>R17 535 Cost to Company<\/strong>, plus an eventual possibility of commission on training courses provided.
