behaviour change programming face-to-face with adolescents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Management Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Sandton<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0R 450\u00a0000 cost to company per annum<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to do end-to-end management information reporting, budgeting, donor reporting and overall business support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management Information Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly and quarterly\u00a0management accounts reporting pack for the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly expenditure reports and discuss as necessary with the departments or budget holders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rolling project expenditure reports for Programme Managers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and participate in Business Plan drafting, challenge sessions and\u00a0reviews with the whole business<\/li>\n<li>Compile variance analysis report and commentary thereto on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that adequate information is available for budget holders to monitor\/assess their financial spend progress against funded programmes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare adhoc reports to assist with management decisions as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Assume full responsibility and ownership of Donor\/ Funder financial reporting and process management<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all Donor \/Funder reports accurately, timely\u00a0in line with donor\/ funder requirements<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and coordinate with\u00a0all Departments on donor\/ funder financial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Design templates to collate financial data and for use in donor\/funder reports where this is not prescribed<\/li>\n<li>Provide and manage the accurate donor\/funder and project coding of all input to ERP\/GL from staff<\/li>\n<li>Determining monthly, quarterly and yearly standards, based on organisation premises<\/li>\n<li>Obtain Programmes Management and Exco approval of budget assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Compile the company\u2019s budgets in line with organisation and funder formats<\/li>\n<li>Critically appraising detailed budgets \u2013 challenge assumptions where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate capital investment requests preparation in line with organisation and funder requirements<\/li>\n<li>Reports to internal management and Funders\/Donors as per required format and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Input all budgets in ERP and updates quarterly<\/li>\n<li>Update monthly budget and Latest Estimate of budget for use internally and at quarterly performance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide Management team with Business Indicators, Industry, and profitability analysis<\/li>\n<li>Provide information analysing actuals vs. budgets on specific adhoc requests for budget holders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Pastel data base is adequately maintained for accounting and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate Finance KPI\u2019s \/ internal reporting is provided to the loveLife management team<\/li>\n<li>Adhoc requests for costing of projects or programmes inputs<\/li>\n<li>Annual review of programme costings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B Com degree \/ Honours with accounting as a major, CTA or CIMA qualified or close to completion (strategic level)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of four to five years\u2019 experience in a similar position or senior<\/li>\n<li>Management Accounting, business planning and strategy implementation experience essential<\/li>\n<li>Financial Modelling and Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Governance and Business control<\/li>\n<li>Activity Based Costing experience<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Personality with drive and energy<\/li>\n<li>Accurate, analytical and detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Diligent and able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of fund accounting, project accounting including and\u00a0reporting requirements to major Government agencies, is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To
