To develop and implement a marketing plan for the\u00a0Western Cape\u00a0region with corporate and other donors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coordination and Supervision \u2013 65%<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the development of a provincial operations strategic plan and budget based on JAM SA strategy, goals and objectives with participation of all staff and partners<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all programmes and projects through regular staff meetings and supervision ensuring effective and efficient delivery<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate programme expansion plan processes including field research<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the establishment of effective and efficient data bases and the analysis, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on data as designated<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate designated requirements for annual audits and periodic partner audits as required.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with JAMSA stakeholders including existing and new partners, NGO\/CBO and government departments<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effective relationships with Donor Relations, Finance and Administration<\/li>\n<li>Research best practices and identify potential innovations to enhance improvements in programming<\/li>\n<li>Compile weekly and collate a monthly report submission on the Nutrition programme to the Programme Manager by the 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the following month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing &#8211; 15%<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate marketing within the Western Cape province inclusive of sourcing and liaison with potential and existing donors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Financial Management \u2013 10%<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure reconciliation of cash advances, including Bidvest at each month end<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Human Resource Management \u2013 10%<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and report on annual Job Description and KPI revisions of reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate six monthly performance appraisals of\u00a0reports and ensure submission to the Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate monthly performance appraisals of probation staff and ensure submission to the Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff development plans and training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit of inputs to the annual national operations strategic plans and budget by set date<\/li>\n<li>Meet approved beneficiary targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain data bases as agreed and provision of feedback on outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Approve a six weeks\u2019 delivery planner for ECD centres and partners<\/li>\n<li>Completion of monthly operations report inclusive of marketing by 10th of following month<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Human Resource policies applied inclusive of staff appraisals<\/li>\n<li>Cash advances settled by end of each month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two years Diploma preferably in a development related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years\u2019 experience in community development or related training<\/li>\n<li>Supervision\u00a0and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n<li>Decision making and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management and work scheduling skills<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills, both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal relations and ability to work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of SA society<\/li>\n<li>Valid SA drivers licence and one year driving experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and preferably at least one other SA language<\/li>\n<li>Honesty, integrity, professionalism and willingness to work overtime<\/li>\n<li>Must follow the Christian faith and be committed to upholding Christian values and the reputation of the organisation as a Christian organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit CV Fiona\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment.sa@jamint.com\">recruitment.sa@jamint.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 12 April, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joint Aid Management (JAM) is a South African founded humanitarian non-profit organisation that works to empower Africans to create better lives for themselves.
