The rationale behind this initiative is to train and empower graduates who have just come out of tertiary institution and do not necessarily have previous work experience. The duration of the programme is twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Development In an effort to prepare the Graduate Trainee for life after the program, the training program will look to provide the participant with the following skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Workplace Etiquette;<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder relationship;<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork skills;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills; and<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving kills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The ideal candidate must:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be an unemployed South African graduate;<\/li>\n<li>Have completed their course work and are looking for in-service training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Finance:\u00a0<\/em>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce\u00a0<i>(<\/i>Accounting) \/ Diploma in the Accounting field\u00a0<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li><em>Supply Chain Management:\u00a0<\/em>Hold a degree in Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li><em>Case Management:\u00a0<\/em>Hold a<i>n\u00a0<\/i>LLB degree with \/ without LPT or a BCom degree<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>How To Apply<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Interested parties are welcome to forward their C<\/b><b><i>V<\/i><\/b><b>s to e-mail address<\/b>:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Applications@faisombud.co.za\">Applications@faisombud.co.za<\/a>.
