This role includes managing donor relationships (Donor Liaison) and ensuring TAC is compliant with all donor contracts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and review the resource mobilization strategy, annual grant plans and contract management system to meet the fundraising targets envisaged by the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Identify specific opportunities for new funding sources and pursuing these timeously and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Work together with National Manager to ensure compliance for all grant agreements<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an updated grant tracking list.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance with all conditions of funding contracts, and provide quarterly reports to the GS and National Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Develop time bound crowdfunding strategies, online resources and work with the National Manager and Advocacy and Communications Manager to implement these effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Develop monthly progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with organisational leaders, take responsibility for researching and developing relationships with high-level individual donors, negotiating with them around the level and nature of their involvement with the TAC.<\/li>\n<li>When required, act as the organisations ambassador providing input and guidance, to ensure that the organisations views and influence are promoted.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sector at national, regional and international levels to facilitate information sharing and joint influence.<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly\/annual assessment of income projections available to the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualification (Honours level\/degree or a clearly demonstrated intellect and skills associated with possession of this level of qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fundraising and resource mobilisation at local and international levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and skills in program\/project management.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic vision and demonstrated ability for planning and\u00a0conceptualisation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of various donor requirements, an ability to develop and write grant proposals and track record in winning proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent networking and partnership building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in political and social dynamics in South Africa, \u00a0and experience in relation to the HIV and TB epidemics, and effective interventions to advocate for change.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English, including speaking, reading and writing, with high-level ability to communicate effectively to different audiences in English verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software including MS Word processing, Powerpoint presentation, Access, Excel spreadsheets, e-mail and web-based research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit your cover letter, detailed CV, copy of a valid driver\u2019s license, matric certificate, qualifications and 3 contactable references by e-mail to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:manti.mngadi@tac.org.za\">manti.mngadi@tac.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 23rd April 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TAC engages in monitoring, advocacy and campaigning within the health system to ensure that every person with HIV, TB co-infection and STI&#8217;s has access to quality comprehensive prevention, treatment, care&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1353,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>TAC Available Employment Opportunity - Apply Now!
