The main purpose of KZNPPHC is to improve the quality of health and well-being for the people of KwaZulu-Natal through Comprehensive Primary Health Care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Job Opportunity:\u00a0Project Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>KwaZulu-Natal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Report to:<\/strong> The Director<\/p>\n<p>The salary for this position is competitive<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding-left: 30px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">\n<li>Develop project implementation protocols aligned to the organisational strategy and business plan<\/li>\n<li>Overall project design, implementation and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project quality, monitoring and evaluation and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Manage KZNPPHC project implementation activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine support visits to ensure effective service implementation<\/li>\n<li>Develop project improvement plans and roll-out interventions to promote continued service integration, quality and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Compile monthly and quarterly narrative reports including data contextual analysis<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain partner and relevant Government Department relationships<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate stakeholder and donor visits<\/li>\n<li>Represent KZNPPHC in meetings and with stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>\u00a0Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding-left: 30px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">\n<li>A relevant degree in Social Sciences or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three to four years\u2019 project management experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three to five years\u2019 health related experience of which three must be coordination of community based projects<\/li>\n<li>A track record of managing multiple projects to completion and working with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience in learning and development for youth<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills (Full MS package)<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of NGO Sector, and experience in working with Community Structures<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the functioning of health care systems in South Africa e.g. DHS, PHC<\/li>\n<li>Management, Leadership, Interpersonal and excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Marketing, Fundraising and Project Management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks in line with set milestones<\/li>\n<li>Applied knowledge of Project Monitoring and Evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a pressurised environment<\/li>\n<li>Cultural sensitivity and ability to effectively engage participants from different cultures and backgrounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">Submit CV and a motivation letter to KZNPPHC, P.O.
