{"id":46259,"date":"2019-04-23T21:46:47","date_gmt":"2019-04-23T19:46:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=46259"},"modified":"2019-04-23T21:46:47","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T19:46:47","slug":"kwadukuza-municipality-traffic-officer-traineeship-programme-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/kwadukuza-municipality-traffic-officer-traineeship-programme-2019.html","title":{"rendered":"KwaDukuza Municipality: Traffic Officer Traineeship Programme 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Closing Date: Friday, 26 April 2019 at 12h00<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The KwaDukuza Municipality seeks to capacitate the unemployed youth with knowledge and skills in road traffic management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (matric certificate)<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>South African identity document<\/li>\n<li>Age must be between 18-35 years<\/li>\n<li>Proof of residence<\/li>\n<li>Clean criminal record (NB: the successful candidates shall be screened of their criminal record)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TARGETED WARDS AND NUMBERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The interested applications will be expected from all 29 wards<\/li>\n<li>Only 30 applicants will be considered through the selection process<\/li>\n<li>Preference shall be given to one learner per ward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE DURATION OF TRAINING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The training shall be undertaken for a period of 12 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THE COSTS OF TRAINING:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The KwaDukuza municipality shall bear all the costs for the 12-month training including tuition, accommodation and the monthly meal allowance of up to R1500 per learner per month)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE POST TRAINING WORK EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The KwaDukuza municipality shall provide the mandatory post training experience to all 30 learners for a period of 12 months at a rate of R4500 per month<\/li>\n<li>There is no guarantee that the successful learners post training and experience shall be employed by the municipality (as the intention is to skill and prepare the youth for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>work opportunities within the traffic road management fraternity outside of KwaDukuza)<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR AN APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The interested learners from KwaDukuza municipal wards ONLY must file their applications and include the following:<\/li>\n<li>Application letter<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of the matric qualification<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of the driver\u2019s licence (code 8)<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of the RSA identity document<\/li>\n<li>Proof of KDM residence (obtainable from HR for completion by the ward councilor ONLY)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p>All applications to be addressed to THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER, KWADUKUZA MUNICIPALITY BOX 72 KWADUKUZA 4450, ATT: KDM TRAINEE TRAFFIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All applications are to be hand dropped into the CV box placed at the reception in the HR department, office 34 Chief Albert Luthuli Street, OK Mall Building.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Closing Date: Friday, 26 April 2019 at 12h00 The KwaDukuza Municipality seeks to capacitate the unemployed youth with knowledge and skills in road traffic management.
