We have an exciting opportunity at Kevro for an Office Manager who will report to the Branch Manager. This position is based at our offices in Colbyn, Pretoria.<\/p>\n
Job Title: Office Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Location: <\/strong>Colbyn, Pretoria<\/p>\n Job Purpose:<\/strong> Job Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n Administrative Management<\/p>\n \u25aa Manage daily administrative operations which includes filing, discounts. General Operations Management<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Keeping operational maintenance smooth and efficient through overseeing dispatch and collections Sales and customer care management<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Dealing with customer queries when escalated Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Responsible for Daily Banking Staff Management<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Responsible for the supervising and priority allocation of warehouse and sales staff \u25aa Matric or Equivalent (Essential) Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Computer Literacy Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25aa Attention to detail
\nThe purpose of the Office Manager is to manage the office administration, sales and account functions and general day to day operations of the office.<\/p>\n
\n\u25aa To oversee filing of all departments are done in line with company standards
\n\u25aa To resolve all problems arising from non procedural situations<\/p>\n
\n\u25aa To manage branch stationery and consumables required and purchases
\n\u25aa To monitor telephone account and check staff usage on system
\n\u25aa Responsible for facilities management by conducting inspections of the facilities and liaising with maintenance service providers when required
\n\u25aa IT assistance through getting the correct people involved with any issues experienced<\/p>\n
\n\u25aa Sales Reports
\n\u25aa Customer Care
\n\u25aa Responsible for new registrations once approved from Head office<\/p>\n
\n\u25aa Responsible for Petty Cash<\/p>\n
\n\u25aa Facilitating Sales Meetings
\n\u25aa Pulling daily reports from EMS for quotes and Dispatch
\n\u25aa Escalating issues internally

\n\u25aa NQF 6 in Management (Essential)
\n\u25aa 2-3 Years Office Manager in Sales Branch (Essential)<\/p>\n
