The leading bridal, special occasions and men’s formal wear business in SA is recruiting for a Sales Consultant position at Bride & Co at The Crescent in Umhlanga, Durban.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Sales Consultant Bride & Co – The Crescent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Location: <\/strong>Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa<\/p>\n

Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Become fully conversant with the point of sale and Computer software in your store
\n\u2022Assist customers on a daily basis with their requirements including registrations of customer details on the Bride & Co side
\n\u2022Ensure all orders are processed, tracked and accounted for on a daily and weekly basis
\n\u2022Continually communicate with customers using tools made available to you
\n\u2022Ensure all filing and administration is up to date and filed correctly
\n\u2022Ensure all garments are cleaned and steamed and quality controlled prior to final fittings and collections
\n\u2022Ensure all merchandise in your designated area is cleaned, dresses to be steamed and kept clean at all times
\n\u2022Ensure there are no damaged merchandise and if any damages are noted, these need to be reported to the Brand Manager and removed off the floor with the relevant paperwork
\n\u2022Assist with merchandising of the store as well as general housekeeping
\n\u2022Assist with ensuring all stock rooms are tidy and organized
\n\u2022Keep all customers\u2019 garments stored in the designated areas and ensure all are labeled and stored correctly
\n\u2022Follow correct procedures for restricted period garments and special request orders
\n\u2022Attend stock takes when required whether during the week or weekends or overtime
\n\u2022Attend wedding shows or trade exhibitions if\/when required during the week or at weekends or during overtime<\/p>\n

\u2022Please note that your duties may vary from time to time and that you shall be required to comply with any reasonable request made of you during working hours.
\n\u2022Your appointments require flexibility as you may be transferred within branches from time to time.<\/p>\n

Training<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022If\/when required by Management you will attend training courses which may take place during working hours, after working hours or on weekends.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Retail Sales experience required (3 + Years)
\n\u2022Good communication skills
\n\u2022Well-mannered and well-groomed
\n\u2022Presentable and professional
\n\u2022Enthusiastic, proactive with a helping nature
\n\u2022Customer focused
\n\u2022Goal and Target driven
\n\u2022Able to work flexible hours<\/p>\n
