\nKey Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Diagnose software and hardware problems
\n\u2022Assist staff with computer desktop and laptop maintenance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Hardware maintenance
\n\u2022Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment
\n\u2022Repair and upgrade different types of computers (software and hardware)
\n\u2022Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Identify problems and repair printers, and scanners and escalate accordingly<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Assist staff with IT related problems when called upon
\n\u2022Utilise Helpdesk system to support IT requests
\n\u2022Carrying out other duties as may be requested by management
\n\u2022Willingness to work rotational shifts<\/p>\n
\nRequired Minimum Education \/ Training
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022IT related certificate
\n\u2022Diploma in any field of IT (added advantage)<\/p>\n
\n\u20221 \u2013 2 years working experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Logical Thinking
\n\u2022IT Systems Knowledge
\n\u2022Problem Solving Skills<\/p>\n
