Responsibilities\/Output:<\/strong>
\nDatabase management
\nAdministration and maintenance of the WC Client contact database specific to individual records and approvals
\nManage the creation and distribution functionality of events and publications
\nAdminister the events and publication mailboxes in terms of RSVP\u2019s responses
\nManage ad hoc requests for WC client information relating to events, publications, companies, partners, industries or markets
\nAdministration and maintenance of the WC Alumni database
\nRegistration of Alumni on PwC Alumni website
\nGraphic Design assistant
\nAssist with graphic design requests; eg invitations, photo\u2019s, brochures, songsheets, placemats etc.
\nBusiness development focus \u2013 support of Business development manager
\nAssist with client and company information research
\nAssist with ad hoc competitor activity \/ publication research
\nCIPRO administration
\nTrained and accredited COO (commission of oath) for “Your identity” to register clients \/ CIPRO users on the FICA database
\nRegistration process includes:
\nVerification of original documents
\nPhotocopies of all documents (stamped and signed)
\nLoading of personal details
\nFinger scanning and photographs taken
\nScanning of all pages into system Clients bookings are made on the \u201cYour Identity website\u201d
\nManagement of queries and last minute bookings via Foneworx (Your Identity)
\nGeneral client service and assistance<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\nQualification Level: Marketing related Degree
\nExperience Required: 2 – 3 years<\/p>\n

\nStrong business acumen
\nAbility to liaise comfortably at all levels of the organisation
\nAbility to deal with pressurised and stressful environment
