Follow-up on what is agreed at these sessions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate reports for programmatic insights<\/li>\n<li>Write up training reports and follow-up on actions emerging from training<\/li>\n<li>Train Provincial Admin and Logistics against training plan and framework<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for stock control and ordering<\/li>\n<li>Induct Provincial Admin and Logistics (role specific induction)<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to Provincial Admin and Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Audit Provincial Admin and Logistics to ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Admin support: Credit Card Recons, Flight Bookings and all related admin functions for the Programme Team Managers<\/li>\n<li>Edit manuals, presentations and programme material before going to Graphic Designer<\/li>\n<li>Support staff breakaway and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Organise logistics for trainings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor of Psychology or a Social Science Degree will be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Coaching \/ Mentoring Qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 general and financial administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s licence essential<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
