Ensure the smooth running of the finances of Living Hope by doing the day-to-day financial administration and bookkeeping duties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit and follow up on funder claims<\/li>\n<li>Issue invoices and statements and follow up on any balances owed<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile creditor payments,\u00a0cash books and bank statements<\/li>\n<li>Issue and maintain petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Salaries journal<\/li>\n<li>Banking<\/li>\n<li>Keep filing and archiving up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Bookkeeping or accounting qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate, with good Microsoft Excel (a must) and Pastel knowledge advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and write fluently in English<\/li>\n<li>Must be committed, honest, reliable and dependable with sober habits<\/li>\n<li>Have inter-personal communication skills and be willing to work as part of the team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Administrative and time management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit your two page CV and application letter to <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@livinghope.co.za\">recruitment@livinghope.co.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday, 7 June, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living Hope is a Christian based nonprofit organisation that strives to bring hope and break despair. &nbsp; Job Title: \u00a0Bookkeeper\u00a0 Job Location: South Africa.
