\nDevelop new products and services intended to assist the group in building relationships with under serviced markets
\nTake new and modified products from concept to implementation across all lines of business for the target market
\nMonitor and measure new and enhanced products throughout the development pipeline
\nProduce financial analyses, projections, and pro-forma for all products
\nIdentify, recommend and implement a continuous improvement programme across the group\u2019s product suite

\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce
\nExpert proficiency in MS Office packages
