SFH in South Africa concentrates on issues of HIV\/ AIDS. As part of their HIV\/AIDS control efforts, SFH is using social marketing to motivate behaviour change with respect to consistent condom use, HIV testing and other safer behaviours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: VMMC Site Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>UMgungundlovu<br \/>\n<strong>Department:\u00a0<\/strong>Medical Programmes VMMC<br \/>\n<strong>Employment status:\u00a0<\/strong>Project based contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Goals and strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the MMC fixed site and or attached outreach mobile services reach weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets<\/li>\n<li>Develop weekly and monthly operational plans for the site advised by allocated\u00a0\u00a0 targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure periodic and timely evaluation of the operational plan and take relevant action where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of operational plans to the broader SFH strategy for MMC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate site activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the provision of high quality MMC services according to guidelines and protocols;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate implementation of periodic client satisfaction surveys<\/li>\n<li>Ensure infection control measures are in place and adhered to at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ensure debriefing sessions are conducted as per schedule and protocol<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly and monthly site management and staff meetings, including QA and CQI meetings<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all staff at the site Identify training needs in conjunction with departmental heads<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock levels are maintained and managed at all times<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with district Department of Health for HIV Rapid Test Kits stock and other supplies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients records are kept confidential and stored in secure and lockable place<\/li>\n<li>Manage disciplinary procedures in the event of misconduct<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for management of all assets at the site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Relations and Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent SFH at all local stakeholder meetings<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with different stakeholders in the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate and\/or provide personal development of staff and facilitate training where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Ensure supervision and mentoring of new staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stock Control and Management\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and complete data is collected and included on reporting tools as required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that reports are aligned to donor and SFH requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Submit expense recons to the finance department as or when required.<\/li>\n<li>Submit advance request and reconciliation to project manager as per policy guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Diploma or Degree<\/li>\n<li>Drivers\u2019 license<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years project management or general management experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience working in HIV and AIDS field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience in MMC service delivery, QA and\/or program implementation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Training and public speaking<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supervising diverse teams<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and pro-actively, and as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your full application to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment\">recruitment<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/recruitment@sfh.co.za\/\">@sfh.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>14 June 2019.
