{"id":47131,"date":"2019-06-10T12:30:46","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T10:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=47131"},"modified":"2019-06-07T12:42:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T10:42:00","slug":"columba-leadership-recent-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/columba-leadership-recent-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Columba Leadership Recent Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Salesperson<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present, promote and sell the Columba Programme to existing and prospective funders, investors and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to funder and investor leads through cold calling<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon funding targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate funding efforts with team members and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and conduct market-research for funding opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be in possession of a relevant tertiary qualification<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least five years of work experience in sales or fundraising, with specific NPO experience a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in MS Office. Competence in MS Projects advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in a CRM Programme a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<li>Relates well with young people and adults<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in written and verbal English \u2013 with strong oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills.
