\nJob Requirements
\n\u00b7 Management of cost (Tellers Differences)
\n\u00b7 Lead generation specific to inbound tour operators in need of a dedicated encashment service for their clients.
\n\u00b7 Engage the customers in a professional way as specified in the service standards
\n\u00b7 Make the customer aware of security information that will assist them in keeping their money
\n\u00b7 Cashing of Foreign Notes and Travellers Cheque\u2019s.
\n\u00b7 Taking in deposits of Foreign Notes and Travellers Cheque\u2019s from clients who have returned with unused currency.
\n\u00b7 Guiding inbound international travellers in obtaining replacement Amex Travellers Cheque\u2019s in the event of them having been lost or stolen.
\n\u00b7 Quoting and striking of exchange rates via BATeller\/Karabo platform.
\n\u00b7 Advising international outbound clients on the Online and Call Centre ordering options, FNB\u2019s Delivery Services and details of the closest Bureau de Change Branches.
\n\u00b7 Daily balancing of all cash holdings (foreign and local).
\n\u00b7 Bulk clearing of Foreign Notes to ensure that the branch remains within the authorised foreign cash holding limits.
