The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) is a United States of America federally-funded program which supports the development of HIV\/AIDS care and treatment training initiatives in 25 developing countries acutely impacted by the global AIDS epidemic.<\/p>\n

Job Location: <\/strong>Seconded to the Regional Training Centres in the Western Cape with appointments one in the following districts (Northern and Tygerberg sub district, Western and Southern sub district, Mitchells Plain and Klipfontein sub district, Eastern and Khayalitsha sub district)<\/p>\n

International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) is a center in the University of Washington’s Department of Global Health, in partnership with the University of California, San Francisco. I-TECH has offices in Africa, India, and Haiti, and projects in more than twenty countries. I-TECH’s 700 worldwide staff work with local ministries of health, universities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), medical facilities, and other partners to support the development of a skilled health work force and well-organized national health delivery systems.<\/p>\n

I-TECH South Africa Goal:\u00a0<\/strong>I-TECH South Africa\u2019s goal is to support the South African government in strengthening national health systems to ensure delivery of high quality, sustainable health care services.<\/p>\n
