Job Title: Provoke Youth Hubs Sector Coordinator<\/strong> Purpose of the position is\u00a0to coordinate the implementation of Provoke\/Influence strategy for the calendar year in line with the organizational vision, mission and strategies.<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Liaise with stakeholders and partners<\/p>\n Provoke sector coordinators<\/p>\n Interact with Activators in the Network<\/p>\n Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) coordinator manager and relevant staff as required<\/p>\n Coordinate and Implement Provoke\/Influence programs<\/p>\n Set-up 60 Youth hubs across SA<\/p>\n Resource Youth hubs with essentials such as ITC, equipment, Branding and skills<\/p>\n Ensure activities are happening within Youth Hubs across SA with Hackathons and workshops<\/p>\n Assist activators with implementing Hackathons within youth hubs<\/p>\n Support activators by linking them to stakeholders to strengthen their hubs<\/p>\n Develop and\/or maintain partnerships to support and build capacity and opportunities for Youth Hubs<\/p>\n Contribute to ACTIVATE! Change Drivers ( training) programme as agreed and as required<\/p>\n Delivery of Equipment to various stations across SA (Courier services)<\/p>\n Support organizational events including admin and logistical needs as required<\/p>\n Working closely with Provoke Manager to<\/p>\n Support and strengthen Activator initiatives at A! Stations<\/p>\n Must have a valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n Set-up 60 youth hubs across SA<\/p>\n Maximize the utilization of the available systems and face to face platforms to provide better value to Activators<\/p>\n Connect, strengthen Activator network bonds to grow their capacity to engage more effectively and amplify their impact.<\/p>\n Support the CIPI and Comm\u2019s team<\/p>\n Plan and set a calendar of activities for the year<\/p>\n Monitor and support A! Help Desk with sector-related queries<\/p>\n Monitor and support and implement Event coordinator strategy and events<\/p>\n Monitor and support implement CIPI projects<\/p>\n Maintain weekly meetings with relevant staff.<\/p>\n Operate within budget parameters<\/p>\n Holding the Active citizenry sector (X1 Imbizo on Arts and Culture)<\/p>\n Apply strategies to strengthened bonds and connection within the Activate network<\/p>\n Promote and monitor Activator attendance at Activator Org and Activator network events<\/p>\n Liaise with Comms. portfolio to promote and\/or profile Activators\u2019 initiatives with a particular emphasis on shared actions e.g. in the 5 sectors<\/p>\n Profile Activators shared initiatives through NWC social media platforms includingWhatsApp<\/em>, NWC\u00a0Facebook\u00a0<\/em>pages etc.<\/p>\n Provide infographics of events<\/p>\n Promote access to and utilization of IT platforms (ACTIVATE!\u00a0App, USSD & WEB<\/em><\/p>\n Features including\u00a0Geomap, Calendar and Connection Hives\u00a0<\/em>etc.)<\/p>\n Update info on SALES FORE<\/p>\n Contribute to connecting Activators through printed media especially newspapers,<\/p>\n Adhere to budget and financial administration and approvals systems<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Monitoring & evaluation and ensure quality control measures are adhered to<\/p>\n Work with the M&E Coordinator to ensure that relevant monitoring is done for all aspects of the Nodal Coordination team<\/p>\n Systems & Data management<\/p>\n Contribute to the updating of Activator information on tracking systems as required<\/p>\n Maintain and upload attendance records at Activator events on Salesforce<\/p>\n Liaise with Salesforce team to create a salesforce tracking system for the 60 stations across SA<\/p>\n Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n Collate reports on Activator activities within Youth Hubs<\/p>\n Produce Monthly infographics on the usage of Youth Hubs across the 60 Youth Hubs<\/p>\n Submit info to assist with the formulation quarterly Boards and DGMT reports<\/p>\n To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n
