international relief and development charity, which aims to alleviate the suffering of the world\u2019s poorest people.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Cape Town<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Six months fixed term, with a view to permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> R 243 900 to R 244 900 yearly<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to:<\/strong> The Head of Department of Finance and Support services acting as a support function, and works closely with all other HOD\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Coordinator works directly with all 3rd party vendors who provide products and systems used in our HR functions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position coordinates all aspects of IRSA\u2019s Human Resources activities and supports a broad range of disciplines including:<\/li>\n<li>Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Payroll Tax<\/li>\n<li>Time and Attendance<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and Selection<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety, Insurance, Industrial Relations and\u00a0Organisational Policy<\/li>\n<li>System Administration and act as an Employee Liaison to Senior Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have previous experience in a similar role, the relevant Degree with a<\/li>\n<li>reputable tertiary institution and three to five years independent and generalist experience and an in depth understanding of the NGO environment<\/li>\n<li>Have understanding and empathy with the Islamic values and principles as well as a commitment to IRW\u2019s vision and mission<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to assess both group and individual needs<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organise,\u00a0prioritise and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to record information accurately<\/li>\n<li>Communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy including Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use an HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data<\/li>\n<li>The verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse group<\/li>\n<li>The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports<\/li>\n<li>The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading and working effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write and present information<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading projects and implementing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Emotional resilience and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the flexibility and energy that is required for this important position<\/li>\n<li>Must be honest, reliable, service-oriented, resilient, self-motivated networker and have an aspiration of serving humanity with your
