Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator<\/strong> <\/p>\n The purpose of the position involves the design and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation framework to measure the impact of the activities across all organisational portfolio. A high degree of discretion in choosing from a wide range of alternative complication routines. \nJob Location:<\/strong>\u00a0South Africa:<\/p>\n
\nDesign and implement surveys in liaison with the company\u2019s CEO\/Funders and portfolio managers
\nLiaise and manage external service providers, as required
\nPresent findings and outcomes of activities quarterly and as set out by our organisation\u2019s Board and Funders
\nWork with portfolio managers and stakeholders (i.e. funder\/activators) on reviewing strategies in alignment with the evidence collated
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of three to five years of relevant experience
\nResearch and writing skills
\nDemonstrated knowledge in social science research methodology
\nStrong analytical skills, both in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
\nExperience in designing data collection tools
\nExperience in conducting process and outcome evaluations
\nOrganisational skills
\nAble to engage constructively with the team and organisational staff
\nMotivated, proactive, and willing to work with minimum supervision.<\/p>\n
