{"id":48089,"date":"2019-07-15T19:12:16","date_gmt":"2019-07-15T17:12:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=48089"},"modified":"2019-07-15T19:12:16","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T17:12:16","slug":"rainbow-seeds-current-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/rainbow-seeds-current-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Rainbow Seeds Current Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Professional Nurse<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Bloemfontein<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> One year fixed term contract, with possibility of extension<br \/>\n<strong>Remuneration:<\/strong> R 29, 351, 28 Monthly<br \/>\nVacancies: 1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Work in DoH PHC facilities and\/or hospitals to initiate ART for eligible HIV infected clients<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Provide follow up care for patients on treatment in line with DoH HIV Management guidelines as well as FS Rainbow Seeds work plan and Facility 90-90-90 plans<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Routinely monitor performance &amp; registers of (TB\/HIV\/PMTCT) programmes at facility level and provide mentorship &amp; technical support where required<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Identify poor performing indicators, put together quality improvement (QI) plans and implement as agreed upon with the team &amp; facilities<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Identify training needs at facility level and arrange in-service training where needed<\/li>\n<li>Use relevant M&amp;E tools to report weekly to FS Rainbow Seeds sub-district team on number of clients initiated on ART\u00a0Support facilities with implementation of I-ACT support groups and chronic treatment clubs in line with FS Rainbow Seeds\u2019s work plan<\/li>\n<li>Form part of FS Rainbow Seeds sub-district team and provide monthly facility report to line manager (Re: ART initiation, viral load done, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A degree or diploma qualification as a Professional Nurse.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0NIMART trained and certified as competent to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At least 3 years\u2019 experience in working at a clinic (PHC or CHC) facility.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At least 1 years NIMART experience will be an advantage (NIMART training and mentorship will be provided to successful candidates that require training)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Familiar with latest HIV Management, TB and PMTCT guidelines<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Good report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CVs, and copies of qualifications can be dropped off at:\u00a0No 44 Wes burger street, Library House building opposite public Library, Office 410.<br \/>\nOr Emailed to the following address:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fs-rainbowseeds.org.za\"><strong>recruitment@fs-rainbowseeds.org.za<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>Please include the Job Title in the subject line<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Monday, 22 July, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
